ABOUT PREMIER TECH
1. Give us your organization’s quick origin story!
Premier Tech has been around since 2003, and our goal has always been pretty simple: we put our clients and candidates first. We're not about sending out mass emails or pushing unscreened resumes. Instead, we take the time to really understand each of our client’s needs and the unique skills our candidates bring to the table. It's all about finding that perfect fit and making sure we connect the right person with the right role, every time. We're excited to share our passion for building strong, customized teams right here in KC’s tech community!
2. What problem are you currently solving in the KC tech industry?
We know how tough it can be to find the right people with the exact skills and experience your team needs. With so many candidates out there, sorting through resumes can get overwhelming fast. That’s where we step in! We personally screen every candidate and talk with their professional references to make sure they’re not just qualified but also a great cultural fit for your company. By doing this, we help businesses save time, make more confident hiring decisions, and, in the long run, strengthen our tech scene.
3. What can we expect to see from your company/organization in the next year?
Looking ahead to the next year, we’re excited to keep providing the same great service to our clients, making sure we consistently meet—and even exceed—their hiring needs. We’re always improving how we do things and looking for new ways to connect the right people with the right jobs. We’re also on the lookout for new clients who share our values and vision so we can build lasting partnerships and help them bring top talent on board. Our focus is all about quality and collaboration, making sure both our clients and candidates thrive in Kansas City.

1. If your office was The Office, what character would you be?
Our office would be Michael, no questions about it! We are a team of quirky personalities that enjoy being funny and being leaders. We always have the best of intentions and try hard to make our company a better place. We are never short on ideas and at the end of the day, everyone seems to like us!
2. What’s an app you can’t live without?
Although it’s a bit cliché, we really couldn’t live without LinkedIn. Recruiters are professional networkers and it’s as simple as that. Our entire team spends hours here each day building connections with clients and consultants.
3. What technology tip are you always giving your clients?
Technology will not ever replace the work of a good recruiter. While it can make the process a bit easier, it will not ever replace the human element needed to find the perfect candidate.
