Kansas Senate Bill 51 moves to House Taxation Committee
Thanks to the KC Tech Council Members for support of Kansas Senate Bill 51, which is crucial for the tech and overall business community with an aim to attract significant data center investments to Kansas, foster economic growth and create high-quality jobs. This bill has moved forward to the House Taxation Committee, and KC Tech Council CEO Kara Lowe recently testified on its importance. Support needed for Missouri House Bill No. 235
In Missouri, the KC Tech Council submitted a letter of support for House Bill No. 235, also known as the “Missouri Angel Investment Incentive Act.” This legislation represents a critical step forward in fostering innovation, supporting entrepreneurship, and driving economic growth in Missouri. This tax credit will ensure there’s more money available to fuel business growth in Missouri. We will continue to get KC Tech Council members involved in this process as this bill advances.
