ABOUT CONDADO GROUP

Founded in 2005 to help companies optimize their call center/contact center technologies and processes. We help clients select, implement, and manage their cloud-based contact center and CRM technology. We work with off-the-shelf products or we can build custom software to meet your needs. We serve clients in the KC metro area, nationwide, and worldwide.

We help our clients deliver the best customer experience to their customer base, regardless of how their customer want to interact.

I haven't watched The Office. Yep, I'm that one guy who hasn't.

My ToDo app. My To-Do lists drive my priorities and my workday.
3. What’s your favorite hidden gem in Kansas City?
The Toy and Miniature Museum. It is a local treasure.
4. What technology tip are you always giving your clients?
Technology is a tool. Don't fall in love with a tool. Focus on the business problem you are trying to solve.
